We still don't know exactly why, but N'Keal Harry has now missed his third straight practice this week.

I've already been telling people all offseason that he is NOT draftable outside of dynasty leagues, even before this news.

Let me reiterate.

(A QUICK THREAD)
This is also now the 2nd-straight summer we've seen NK miss time in camp, and he was way behind because of it as a rookie in 2019.

Also, even when he started seeing looks toward the end of the season, he caught just 50% of his targets with an average of just 8.75 yards per catch
He had 4 games with over 4 targets after Week 11 (including one in which he saw 7 of them), and he never once surpassed even just 30 yards in a game.

Then, he saw 7 targets in the team's lone playoff game - through which he was able to garner just 2 catches for 21 yards.
Now, Cam Newton is in town and people think Harry is suddenly going to become the new Kelvin Benjamin. But here's the thing: Benjamin had nobody but Greg Olsen to compete with during those years.

The other WRs in CAR back then were Jerricho Cotchery, Ted Ginn, and Devin Funchess
The Pats have one of the best slot receivers of all time in Julian Edelman, one of the league's best pass-catching backs in James White, and another very solid veteran WR in Mohamed Sanu.
Cam could use the first two like he did Steve Smith Christian McCaffrey. Don't buy the narrative that Cam "only loves throwing to big WRs."

Remember, Benjamin had 2 decent years with Cam. That's it. Otherwise, Cam likes throwing to the slot/TEs/RBs. He doesn't use multiple WRs
Cam is also someone who usually only targets his top-2 (sometimes 3) guys, and everyone else is irrelevant. Not once has Cam's leading target had less than a 23% target share in any given season.
With Jules still being the No. 1, White likely to see 90+ targets (at minimum), and another solid vet receiver in Sanu ahead of him, I just can't see how Harry has any fantasy relevance in 2020

Especially after what we've seen in camp so far
If you want to try and acquire Harry for cheap in dynasty, go for it. He is a big player who flashed in college and was a first-round pick. I'm not going to bury him completely
But if you're hoping for him to make a huge "2nd-year leap" or be a league-winner in anyway in 2020, you may want to think again
