Let's get on with the basics:

◽Position: RWB, CB
◽2020/21 Stats: 4⚽ goals, 4🅰️ Assists
◽3177 minutes (2019/20)

Ayling has never been on the bench for full 90 mins in any of his game for Leeds. This could practically mean that he has already seal a spot in Bielsa squad.
◽Avg Passes Per Game: 58.1
◽29 key passes
◽35 shots

No doubt Ayling has been known for his good passes. He has made 📌7 long passes, and 22 short ones.

Not going to detailed on his stats.

Now let's have a look at Ayling style of play!

🚧Tactical Play🚧

⬇️⬇️
LWB, CB and Ayling(RWB) forms a line from the bottom. He is known to be as the "free man" on the pitch.

Bielsa favours playing long ground passes. We have seen quite a couple times how these passes have helped them. Notice the pic below, how Ayling is able to pass through.
This has been done a couple of times. They at bypass at least 4 players as well with that method.

(Assume him as No 5 here)

And their midfielders are creative in losing their markers as well👀
Ayling tends to slide into the middle when the ball being played at the left. The LW draws the oppositions, creating enough space for Ayling to move into Zone 14. He will most likely take a shot, or pass it.

Zone 14 - *2nd pic*(the box I have drawn outside the oppositions box)
No doubt Ayling has good pace as well. Notice the 1st pic. Before that happened, he ran from the back, dribbling well enough to give it to the LW.

Once Ayling is open in Zone 14, he tries looking for team mates in the box, where he can make a cheeky pass in do the FW to finish
If you are wondering how such situations arises(above pic), it all starts through this(pic)

Ayling waits to make the run, where by the No 6 pulls his marker with him. As No 1 approaches, Ayling makes a cut, and he will already have much space in the middle.
Best time to own Ayling📝✔️

First 4 fixtures are definitely a tough one. So if you're not looking to risk it, fair enough.

Personally, I feel GW6-10 would be a good time.

✔️This also gives us time to analyse how he did in the first 5 Gameweeks. Definitely on for the eye test👀
That's all I have gathered in analysing Luke Ayling!

Definitely a huge differential in #FPL

What do you guys think?
