I'm Shia myself, I have a good understanding of basic Islamic fiqh, Allah ka waasta hai, don't hate me but please don't abstain from living your life in the month of Muharram. Of you want to go out have some chai, or meet a friend, or buy something new: do it. There is no problem
whatsoever with that. If we begin to mourn every prominent Islamic figure close to the prophet, we would be mourning everyday. Please study islam to the best of your abilities and please take this as my conscious effort to inform you. Be respectful but don't be harsh to others.
If someone wants to get married in this month, they have full Islamic right to do so. If someone wants to celebrate something good in their lives; they have a full right to do so but the grace of Allah. Don't make religion hard. Don't make it to be something it isn't.
And please don't black Vigo me.
