Opinion:

Google slides make better writers/readers notebooks than googledocs for 3-5

Reasons:
1. Kids can choose different kinds of slides for different kinds of thinking and writing, including just the big block of text one
2. Easy to add images, drawings, photos
3. Kids can easily import slides if you co-construct charts on a master slide deck
4. Easy to rearrange and see all I have done on the gallery view
5. I can create a ToC With hyperlinks as the first slide or 2
6. I can make that opening slide a “cover” decorated and all
