The House better subpoena DeJoy on the spot and nail him down Monday after this preview of his bs.

He has yet to make any rational business case for the removal of sorting machines or any defensible service case for the reduction of overtime (which he’s lying about).
USPS is an *enterprise* (collects user fees), not a *business* (runs a profit or closes down). People new to gov often don’t comprehend the difference and people brainwashed by Republicans often don’t want to. He’s both, and also corrupt.
Ballots go out by mail in two weeks. He’s spent his 70 days in office destroying capacity without spending any time making a plan that would tell him what capacity is required and efficient. He has no plan for election mail and won’t until it’s too late. That’s on purpose.
@katieporteroc, please tear DeJoy’s baloney to shreds and make him cry. Ask about fixed costs and how destroying capital assets frees up floor space but doesn’t save rent bc they own their facilities. Start by asking if he intends to sell/rent the space, to whom, and why?
Also, @RandPaul just did something really stupid. He asked DeJoy if USPS should charge other carriers more for last mile service; ya know, the ones who DeJoy is personally financially invested in. DeJoy fumbles and doesn’t answer bc that would hurt HIS profits.
