Eugene Shvidler & Roman Abramovich owe their fabulous wealth to their close relationship with Putin's regime. Russia is run essentially as a fossil-fuel kleptocracy.
For Putin, Trump & Brexit were ways to extend the power & influence of that kleptocracy. Boris Johnson was a help.
For clarity's sake: I have no idea whether Boris Johnson is aboard Eugene Shvidler's superyacht off Scotland. Perhaps he is indeed in the humble tent with Carrie. But I have no doubt that he'd be a welcome guest were he to pay Shvidler's yacht a visit.
