Here is Kim Gray in the Public Safety Committee Meeting DAYS before city council voted to expand the jurisdiction.

At the upcoming city council meeting, community members came out in overwhelming opposition to the police expansion.

After our community spoke out, Kim Gray followed through on her promise to Chief Smith - supporting the police expansion by sharing a sensationalized story with no sources available to consult on accuracy.
And using her Black son to increase police presence in Black communities.

Kim continues to list fatal shootings in the city, but ignores community members who spoke before her citing the death of @JusticeforMDP and their concern for fatal shootings by police officers.

And after Reva wiped away her white tears, council proceeded to vote on expanding VCUPD’s jurisdiction further into Richmond’s historically Black community.
