So some variation of this pops up a lot and I think men have to accept it is actually pretty common and women really are hurt.
Women have done an amazing job discussing what we now call women's issues, I think we need to find a way for us to do the same. Men have to do the same. https://twitter.com/HannahPerkin/status/1296710958979702784

We need to talk about why men are so angry and upset and I'm sorry but clearly that is the case. We have a lot of advantages as men but, let's be honest, somehow a lot of men still feel really miserable and fragile.
WE need to fix that. Our mental health isn't a women's issue.

I don't know exactly how we start building that conversation. It took women decades of work to get to where they are today on the issues that affect them. We just need to start.
I think we need to talk about it as strategizing. Men often talk about how we like fixing problems...

Let's start fixing our own!
It's not just about us, right now the fact we have no strategy for making ourselves feel better is causing not just hurt to ourselves but to women, non-binary people (don't be wierd about me including this one) and other men.
We have to step up.

Additional thought: right now I think the first step is just admiting the situation.
Look at the replies under any tweet by any woman talking about stalkerish or abusive behaviour & it's full of men denying the problem.
But it IS a problem. Women have been super clear on that.

So let's take a step back and go "ok women are clearly angry. We also know men have been clear that they're miserable and angry a lot."
Ok so rather than demanding women fix it for us let's agree that:
1. It is actually a problem
2. We are going to build a strategy to fix it
