Sucks to see even 1 black male even begin to fix their mouth to defend/try to justify the actions Tory Lanez took. And even after Meg was suffering, she still had the mind of the endangerment she would face if she called the police saying there is a black man with a gun.
And then for Tory Lanez to be silent, to have his PR try to go out and spin the story IS DISGUSTING. She, a black woman, literally saved your life that night (probably) AFTER you shot her.
The lengths and the Mountains black women climb for us black men in order to keep us safe and protected is overlooked and taken for granted so much and I hate it. Black woman will risk their lives for a black man that has put a gun to their head. And it breaks my heart.
That our women are put through some of the toughest situations of their lives by their own. Especially in these times when we need to protect them more than ever.
Black women are abused, kidnapped, assaulted and murdered at an alarming rate. And we must do everything we can as black men to protect them. & I hate that we all don't have that collective mindset. Because we could move mountains if we did.
