I have come to the realization that a whole lot of cis-het BM collectively believe so deeply in their racial victimhood that they fail miserably at even analyzing their own systemic relationships to power they invest into.
Black cis-het men completely deny and downplay their willful participation in the global white supremacist capitalist patriarchy because they have internalized the belief that being rendered powerless in white supremacist systems means being incapable of enacting systemic harm
This is exactly why they compulsively gaslight Black women into silencing their attempts to hold them accountable because they believe that their Blackness magically shields them from being agents of white supremacy
It’s as if, as a survival strategy, they have completely separated their cultures of manhood from the system of white supremacist capitalist patriarchy as a way to preserve their idealized conceptualisations of themselves
This is exactly why we struggle to even have constructive conversations about gendered violence from an intersectional perspective because protecting Black manhood is supposed to be the natural order from which we center our collective effort for liberation
Their stance fails to encapsulate how their political struggles have constantly been coopted by white supremacy because they refuse to engage with other Black communities in building radical solidarities and cooperations.
Which is the reason why they constantly reject radical queer feminist paradigms because they believe in their innate superiority and cannot fanthom having to be led by other people who do not embody power: WHITE MANHOOD.
This is exactly why they can easily betray our collective desires for class unity and gender equity because they do not want to see their power system collapse, even if it means they have to marginalize and exclude other Black communities
The very function of racial patriarchy is to level the playing field so all types of communities can indiscriminately participate in white supremacist power plays, this is the only functional way white supremacy distributes power...

to oppress.
