Honourable Mentions:
A list of keepers who *could* be playing the first 3 weeks and would definitely be considered by myself.
Heaton
Martinez
Randolph/Martin

Keeper No.1:
RYAN
The Brighton man is a popular choice, with the Aussie bagging 135 total points last season and hitting double digits in bonus points (14). It’s hard to look past him at the 4.5 spot, even with 3 tough fixtures to start. Definitely a option to start with!

Keeper No.2:
CASILLA/MESLIER

Nope. No thanks. Nah you’re alright. Shocking first 5 fixtures with a defence which at this moment in time is weaker than it was last year. Steer clear for now

Keeper No.3:
MCCARTHY
After claiming the number 1 spot during last season, McCarthy has shown real talent after the restart with a clean sheet vs Man City. #Southampton have some great starting fixtures. He could be the perfect set and forget.

Keeper No.4:
RODAK
14 clean sheets last season and averaging 2.8 saves a game, Rodak was superb for Fulham last season. With some nice fixtures after GW1, he’s definitely on my radar if Fulham look stronger defensively than the last time they were in the prem!

Keeper No.5:
JOHNSTONE

The Ex #MUFC man has gone under the radar coming into the new season. With 14 clean sheets last season and 112 saves, hes very similar to Rodak stats wise. However 3 tough fixtures to start makes puts him on my “wait and see” list

Hope that you enjoyed this quick thread, just wanted to share my opinions on the 4.5m GK options as each year it seems more & more difficult to pick a keeper to start with! Have a good Friday all - Cheers!!
