"SSA" is a COMMON FBI acronym, and it is a person one level about "Special Agent." SSA's are not part of the OGC -- they are working agents who supervise squads. The Statement of Offense says--as did the Information--that the SSA was going to be the Affiant on the 3rd renewal.
General Counsel Attornies like Anderson and Clinesmith are NEVER affiants. Clinesmith is not a Special Agent so he lacks FBI authority to do so on the FBI's behalf. He has no authority to collect evidence or swear to anything before a Court.
This is pretty basic stuff - IF you understand what you are reading.
