That’s why the model can’t be scaled up, of course. On the school leader level, if social justice isn’t a driver & the goal is a school that makes you look great & pleases Ofsted, it has strong appeal.
But there is no excuse for @educationgovuk to back a horse which consistently throws off the most disadvantaged riders & then allows their life chances to be trampled.
