Here's what matters. People don't like that the nation has become so divided and so coarse. They want to vote against Trump. A majority of Americans want to vote against Trump. But, that means they have to vote FOR someone else. In this case, that's Joe Biden. The question is:
If I vote for Joe Biden, is the country truly fucked?
And tonight, the DNC and Biden himself answered, RESOUNDINGLY, "no." Joe is okay. He can do the job. We can return to having actual humans governing instead of grifters and goblins and ghouls and the ghost of Ronald Reagan.

But people WANT to settle for Joe. The vast majority of Americans (Trump's highly touted "silent majority") are sick of the CONTINUOUS barrage of Trumpism.
