VERY SHORT THREAD:
1) It's been said before, but bears repeating: If Person A says that it's raining, but Person B says, no, it's snowing, it's not the media's job to simply report what each of them said.

2) It's the media's job to get up, open the window, and find out what the facts actually *are*.
