Robin DiAngelo's book is a manual for wrecking your relationships, but if anyone takes Kendi's advice seriously, it's a manual for wrecking your government. https://twitter.com/coldxman/status/1296515308358963206
There is a place in the world that apportions positions in government by sect/tribe: Lebanon. It's a corrupt mess where people are set against eachother due to trivial characteristics. Kendi is an American exceptionalist in a way, thinks what fails elsewhere would work here.
The tech billionaires+media outlets+others elevating this kind of philosophy have no idea what they're playing with here, this stuff makes the kind of politics we have now look anodyne and harmless.
Of course Kendi is not on the verge of taking over the American government. But he's rising in prominence+power. I don't see why any money should be dumped on autocratic and illiberal ideas, even if they aren't on the cusp of taking power immediately.
