This is where I get militant about my demand that we don't assign blame on places that see COVID surges

I will accept none of the "you idiots should have worn masks" stuff. The people who say that want you to think they're talking about their political enemies. But they aren't.

If you find yourself assigning blame for COVID outbreaks, you need to realize that you're blaming minority communities, saying that they are driving this pandemic.

Don't do that.
