Xavier Mbuyamba stands tall at 6 ft 5 a big attribute of hes is hes height and physicality. From what i have seen from some clips of him is he is very silky with the ball at hes feet basically a ball playing centre back that would benefit the Blues alot come in the future.
Mbuyamba’s recovery speed is also very incredible along with hes passing and tackling attributes as well as his movement with the ball and hes aerial duels. Here in this compilation you can see just that!
Xavier Mbuyamba is definetly one for the future he might have only played 3 games for Barçelona U-19 but is without a doubt one if the best CB talents in world football. If i were to compare him with a CB i’d say he reminds me of a younger energetic Virgil Van Dijk.
Ofcourse the young Netherlands prospect is still young and still has to prove alot to be where VVD is at currently but from what i have seen he will probably even be better than VVD in a couple of years.
