*Thread* I've had the opportunity today to reflect on PND and Me.. I am just so humbled and so proud of this incredible community. I've been doing this for nearly 7 years & it has been truly life-changing. I never set out to do anything big, I just wanted other mums to know they
Were not alone. I am constantly blown away by the courage and honesty shown by those who tweet during #PNDHour and forever humbled to have difficult stories shared with me privately. I do this work because I care, I ensure that Every. Single. Week #PNDHour is here to support
To connect and to empower those on their journey with maternal or paternal mental illness. I know what it is to feel hopeless, to wonder when life will be better or even IF it will. It is here when people need it, even if it's just to read tweets & know they are not alone
That there IS hope, there is a future to fight for. There is life beyond the hell that is postnatal depression or other mental illnesses. There is life. There is hope. There will always be PNDandMe to hold you up, to carry you until you find your strength
Please, if you are finding parenthood tough, know you are not alone, please reach out, to me, to a friend, family member or health care professional. You are loved, you matter and the #PNDFamily is here for you.

Rosey xx
