The number of apps I have made with @glideapps is now inching closer to 150.

The one mistake I have made is never 'showing' these apps to the world.

I will try to fix that going forward.

I (a Computer Science Engineer) had made 0 apps before I found Glide in Feb 2019.
A few of these apps are published in Glide's Template library as paid templates: https://www.glideapps.com/templates/authors/amit-sarda

I never had imagined selling a digital product, and never in my wildest dreams could have imagined that the product would be a template.
It hit me after this article was published and I re-read it: https://www.integromat.com/en/blog/the-making-of-a-maker/

Although this article narrates my story, it is as much Glide's, if not more.

I would never be a 'maker' if not for Glide.

If I could make a bigger endorsement for Glide in the future, I will.
Glide offers almost all of its functionalities for FREE (with understandable limitations). It provides more than a proof of concept for businesses.

In most cases, the FREE/Personal version of Glide serve a number of business cases for internal apps.
I am biased towards going PRO because I want Glide to be in business.

Focusing too much on the price for going PRO is a classic case of missing the forest for the trees.

Fortunately, clients I have worked with never thought the price was too much and it was never questioned.
Not all ~150 apps I built were for business or a particular problem. A ton of them were made for fun.

And Glide made having fun possible with a no-code platform.

It changed 'this could be done in a spreadsheet' to 'this could be done with a Glide App'.
Glide has one of the most vibrant and helpful communities.

I may have pushed the limits by an inch, but the users in the community push it by miles every day by showcasing what else is possible.

I just feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community.
The funniest thing about Glide is that, in most cases, it takes less amount of time to build a product in Glide, than it takes to talk about building the product in public.

No wonder I built ~150 apps and never spoke of them.
