The first 10 minutes describes how they begged white parents to enroll their children into this failing school with dwindling enrollment.

The next 40 minutes they bitch about the new white parents having an equal vote in the PTA.

One parent raised $18k in a few weeks for the french program they were promised if they enrolled their kids.

The original PTA members are clearly upset, as they had raised only $2k in the previous year, also, they want to be able to spend the money he raised on other things.

I'm not going to go much further, but the general theme is that they begged for help, received immense help, and then felt resentment towards the helpers for being so effective.
