For the record I really love Frosk and respect her opinions a lot of the time.
I think her statements on #EUphoria are a little hmmm correct in some ways and wrong in others...

Now in OG's case Frosk knows more then anyone how team dynamic, culture, and relationships among the team can influence game play... OG from the outside looking in my opinion much deeper problems then an OCE player is shit...

but nevertheless you have to of course chalk it down to Destiny unperformed. So thats -1 for OCE.
Onto 100T and Ryoma, yes he did underperform. But I would argue in signing Ryoma it was an FBI wild card where they both smurfed really hard in OCE and Ryoma could have had a breakout year like FBI... But whats important to remember for me is that FBI didnt actually play well in
his first split in the LCS. However with the correct coaching staff (which is actually made up of OCE coaches by the way because you did take a jab at OCE coaches) has had a break out year and despite the region you cannot say FBI has not been a MASSIVE success.
So 1/3 OCE players so far have been a success in major regions and now if you take into account the OCE players in academy, specifically K1ng and Fudge they have been some of the best players in their roles respectively. So I do feel that Frosk's comments are a bit over line
When there has been a small sample pool of OCE import players and the ones in NA academy have been EXTREMELY successful so I think all in all, its still a gamble importing OCE players but there a specific ones with the right coaching and time to develop will be really good
players in major regions.
and as for OCE coaching staff, I didn't know your region determined your ability to coach a team? I've seen dog shit coaches from every region and good from every region.. Swiffer, Spookz, Chu chuz have been pretty successful in their own right so far?

TLDR;
I believe some of Frosks comments to be jumping to conclusions about OCE players to quickly. A few players under performed, a few over performed. Coaches so far seem OK from OCE. Don't cancel OCE after its first year in major regions.
