2) The fundamentals are strong imo, and i still think that
Was not anticipating such a wild rally, and i may miss out on future gains for the short term
Equally i may be horribly wrong, but that is my lesson to learn

3) Last time the stock price rocketed in such a fashion, management issued more common stock, and may do this again in future

I am not an expert TA analyst, but it looks overbought
Valuation shot from $631 Million when i bought three days ago, to $1.05 Billion today

5) Primary trend for the share price is still UP, which some may call me naive for selling into, that is fine
Over last three years, o/standing shares +300%, debt is down to $300K
Granted, debt is more expensive and d/markets harder to access for this s/cap firm

6) I will reassess my decision to sell in the coming months
Still watching the stock actively
But i am a little more cautious on smaller caps as i have less experience investing in them
