No doubt, there’s a lot wrong in the world, and our Church could live the Gospel better.

But today, maybe just today, let’s build people up. Rather than point out what’s wrong, let’s compliment what’s right.

Evangelii Gaudium is an incredible work by Pope Francis, showing his sincere love for Jesus and commitment to discipleship.
I love the diversity of the Catholic Church. Not only is it perfectly valid to celebrate the Roman Rite in its ordinary form, but you’re even allowed to give homage to a past form of the rite.

And that’s just one rite. There are 23 in communion with the Church!
The sacrament of confession, no matter how often it is practiced or what words are used, is a beautifully intimate encounter with God and Church.
The Post Office is just mind blowing. You’re telling me that I can give you a piece of paper—pretty fragile object—and you will physically take it 2000 miles away in just a few days... and it costs $.55???

In a world of Communism, Capitalism, Totalitarianism, Anarchy, and incredible strife at every level, Catholic Social Teaching gives me hope that society can actually flourish in a moral way.
Jesus Christ came to be like us so that we could become like him.

Is there any greater statement in the history of the world?
Twitter can be a breading ground for trolls, bringing the worst out of people by dividing the human family,

But it can also be a way for people to connect, spread good news, and pray for each other.
