The proportion of GCSE entries in England scoring a "good" pass or better has risen by 8.9 percentage points #GCSEresults2020
Meanwhile, top grades (7+) as a proportion of entries have seen a rise of 5.2 percentage points #GCSEresults2020
And the proportion of entries gaining the top grade possible has risen by 1.9 percentage points #GCSEresults2020
In colleges, the proportion of resit students getting that all-important grade 4 or above rose by nearly 10 percentage points #GCSEresults2020
