Follow up to my DIY Garri and this is useful to our Diaspora people. Once they sell Cassava in any store close to you. You can make small Garri before you get that large quantity you are waiting for.

Starch can be collected as gift or even be sold to dry cleaners. You can dehydrate the starch by putting on fire and when dried. Keep it for future usage.
Remove the remaining excess water from the cassava.
That’s what you will have after you drain the water. You can sieve if you like before frying.
