This is the darkest period in our national history that experienced. Still there are some moments of grace. For me one happened tonight watching the #NeverTrunp conservatives finally get the other side - some maybe for the first time. It’s like a couples therapy breakthrough.

America is too large and diverse for everyone to get along. The important part is that we develope the ability to listen to each other. So often we’re/I’m not listening but waiting to respond. I felt like tonight many who were on the other side just a few years ago, listened.

Can those of us who are not conservative listen back? Can we walk the inclusive talk? Can we march to the polls together in respect come November to deal with a common threat?

I sure hope so because the only way out of this isolating deadly national nightmare is through the polls, through voting.
