On August 8th, Kalen D'Almeida filmed far-right crybaby Brandon Straka's ( http://archive.fo/KVYh8 , http://archive.fo/kdTz0 ) anti-mask "WalkAway" march in West Hollywood. Kalen did not wear a mask, despite working as a medical professional.
On August 16th, Kalen D'Almeida was filming protesters in downtown Portland while dressed in black bloc attire. Kalen wore a helmet, goggles, and filmed with a cellphone and a bodycam. #portlandprotests
Kalen uploads videos to Twitter that are designed to trigger the right-wing outrage machine. Kalen will post a few context-less clips each night, claiming protesters are "violent antifa militants."
Some of these clips will be picked up & further editorialized by larger far-right figures like Andy Ngo & Ian Miles Cheong. At each level, the context becomes lost & the claims more exaggerated. Kalen is networked well w/far-right faux "journalists."
Some of his videos will make it as far as Fox News and Breitbart and occasionally earn him interviews and airtime.
