When you dispose the body, of you have their phone, bring it to another city, preferably far away, and throw it there. This way it will throw the police off when their cell phone pings to one of the cell towers in that city. Meanwhile you can dispose the body elsewhere.
Don’t pour concrete on the body and claim that you have disposed of the body. Concrete prevents the body from rotting and when and if the police finds it, the body will be in perfect form for identification and all of your fingerprints/ DNA will still be on it
If you want to dispose a body in a lake/ ocean, always gut the body first so that the gas buildup from the internal organ wouldn’t make the body float after a few days. Remove the organs and place heavy objects into the body and the body will stay sunk.

If you want to bury the body, remember that the police can identify a freshly dug shallow grave when they use a drone to hover over that area. If this is what u want to do, make sure that the grave is very deep and layer the hole.

And then place other items like a treasure chest in it so when the police digs it up, they’ll just assume that someone buried a chest instead of a body with that freshly dug hole.
