Independent bookstores are struggling to do online events but there are some things to do to minimize this risk. Please don’t use public Zoom links. Have a moderator whose entire job is to stop bullshit like this.
Invest in a platform like @CrowdcastHQ that lets you have more control over your event. If you have to use Zoom, stream it to a platform that’s easier to moderate like Facebook or YouTube.
