OK only somewhat partially unraveled. All I know is when I asked for my data, I went to http://cambridgeanalytica.org  filled out a form, got an email from http://sclgroup.cc  to wire ÂŁ10 to SCL Elections Ltd and the response came on CA letterhead signed “for and on behalf of CA”
Manafort’s Rick Gates was concerned about CA data flowing to SCL in UK per #SSCIvol5.
