LA is lawless shit-hole, bc pols took away enforcement measures police can use to get abusers to curb behavior. Aggressive, loud hipsters (not homeless) "camping" in tricked out van in front of my house. Guy runs motorcycle to make noise/pour fumes into my house. Police powerless
Police do what they can to stop abuse of residents & hoped to tow van for expired registration (or use it to get them to move, which wld have been fine w/me). Turns out reg is in prog, so they can't. Now say I shld get restraining order to stop abuse. Afraid to leave house.
This is going on week two of them staying here. No tickets now to make people move for street cleaning. No making vehicles move ever 72 hours. No stopping abuses from "camping" in front of your house forever, loud at 3am (running motorcycle, slamming van door so yr house shakes).
I need to take out trash (getting smelly) but I'm afraid to exit my locked gate. I've called police but they take forever to answer & must make immediate danger calls a priority. When they come, w/take out the trash while they're here. This is what we've come to in Shit-hole LA.
Here's hipster bully who leaves motorcycle on for 10 mins while he sits in van, forcing all on my block to suffer his abuse.

Here's woman. Note pricey magenta hair dye job. She's not some poor homeless person. Aggressive hipster bully "camping" on our street in tricked out van, abusing us w/noise 2ish weeks now, won't move. She has another guy in there now, too! It's like Holiday Fucking Inn on wheels!
I'm not much in the way of tools and stuff, but I remembered that I have a kitchen stepladder. I climbed on it and started shooting video into the van. I guess it'll be hot in there if they think they can't leave the door open! Awww.
Oh, and note big pink bag of feces, possibly human, under wheel well. We're on feces watch here and I believe it's either 3 or 4 days. (I apparently missed its initial appearance, according to neighbor.)
