Goat hereby introduce a draft of the Total Reassessment for Ubiquitous Moderation of the President Act.

The TRUMP Act would serve as a container to reduce the scope creep of the Executive Branch over the past 40 years and return to 3 co-equal branches

1) Executive Orders shall serve only as drafts of legislation. They shall be taken up by the House and delivered through the normal legislative process.

2) Full financial disclosures (including financial trusts) upon filing to run for POTUS

3) "Acting" appointments shall be considered official appointments after 45 days and will be subject to the normal confirmation process

4) The President shall not provide briefings, intelligence, or any other data based on party affiliation

5) Total redefinition of executive privilege.

6) Judicial appointments shall be approved by BOTH houses of congress - with a tie broken by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court

7) The President (nor any elected official) may fundraise or campaign until 1 year prior to their election

8) The Statute of Limitations for all legal matters shall be paused while the president is in office (especially when the president uses executive privilege) No one is above the law so you can't run out the clock

9) The president shall release a full and complete physical report (including psych evals) every 6 months.

10) The president or the president's campaign must reimburse the treasury for travel and support costs if the president combines official duties with campaign or leisure activities. This shall be apportioned by the ratio of time spent by activity from WH departure until return
