We have now reached 5 million cases of COVID-19 in the U.S! Only approximately 55 million more to go this year to reach the 2009 swine flu numbers of over 60 million.

Do y’all remember how bad that pandemic was? How the media talked about it all day everyday. All of the drive thru testing centers that pumped the numbers way way up. All of the mass quarantines of healthy people. 2/
How we counted every death of someone with flu like symptoms or with the flu as a swine flu death even if they had other underlying health conditions that were the main cause of death. All of the continuous “life saving” executive orders. 3/
How high the unemployment numbers rose because of all the “nonessential” workers being laid off. How we canceled sports. How we forced all healthy people even small children to wear masks all day everyday. 4/
How everyone pushed to mandate the vaccine as soon as it came out, in order to buy or sell or go to work or school. How we locked our elderly down in nursing homes for months and months and didn’t allow them to see their families in their last days. 5/
How we didn’t allow people to have weddings, funerals or birthday parties. How we bankrupted countless “nonessential” small businesses. How we set up hotlines for reporting businesses and people violating “public health” mandates. 6/
How we ignored decades of scientific research and politicized the doctor patient relationship for having differing opinions on treatment methods. How we “socially distanced” and all lived in continuous fear. 7/
How the government in their infinite wisdom saved us all from our own ignorance.

That’s right, that’s why I can’t remember that because Obama was president and we didn’t do any of it. Carry on in crisis mode. 8/8
