It’s hard to be friends with guys because sometimes their way of life, how they treat others, conflicts with what you believe and know to be right. You either ignore or cut them off. And that’s the reality. I have many female friends but not many close guy friends for this reason

I struggle, because yes they’re sweet to me, may treat me “well” but exhibit major red flags with other people, other women especially. Ignoring such behaviour is a character flaw in me. Thats what I was trying to explain in the other tweets. Not sure if it made sense.

You can’t slap your guy friend on his hand and tell him naughty boy and the misogyny magically goes away looool. It’s 2 things, you end up overlooking it to preserve the friendship or you stop being their friend, gradually distance yourself.
