Uh Oh! Thread Alert!

With fixtures about to drop tomorrow I've put together a thread of my favourite budget players for each position and price point!

Take a look, it might just save yourself a few quid!

£4.5 Goalkeeper
Matt Ryan (BHA)

For me Matt Ryan is easily the best budget GK below £5.0! BHA are solid defensively and have bolstered the defence with the signing of Veltman in the summer!

£4.0 Goalkeeper
Orjan Nyland (AVL)

If you go Ryan as your first pick then I'd strongly suggest going with David Button as your sub GK!

Otherwise AVL's Orjan Nyland looks the most likely £4.0 GK to start the season! But I'm sure AVL will get someone in by GW1!

Romain Saiss (WOL)

Cemented his place in the Wolves backline alongside Boly and Coady last season! Should get plenty of clean sheets and prone to his fair share of bonus points.

I also really like Luke Shaw at this price point when he's fit!

Charlie Taylor (BUR)

BUR defence is solid and always good for a clean sheet! We all know how Dyche sets up by now!

Taylor mustered up 86 points last season despite a big spell on the sideline with an injury! At £4.5 he is a no brainer!

Tyrick Mitchell (CRY)

It's a close call between Mitchell and his team mate N.Ferguson but after filling in for the injured PVA at the tail end of last season I think Mitchell is more likely to start the season with J.Ward starting at RB! Bench fodder!

Stuart Armstrong (SOU)

I think he's done enough to keep his place in an ever improving SOU team. He gets forward at every opportunity and supplies goals and assists! 5 goals and 4 assists last season, I think he'll do better this time around!

Tomas Soucek (£5.0)

The Czech Fellaini; a box to box Midfielder who's a menace to defend against on set pieces. Can't believe he's only in 9.8% of peoples drafts at £5.0! He's the ultimate budget option IMO!

Yves Bissouma (BHA)

There isn't a lot to get excited about at this price point for Mids but as @FplMode knows only too well, I'm a big Biss fan! His stunner against BUR in GW38 showed us a new string to his bow! A £4.5 mid who'll play every week!

£6.0 Forward
Aleksandar Mitrovic (FUL)

Some feel burnt by Mitro in his last episode in the PL but he still came away with 11 goals! 26 goals in the Championship last season, on penalties..if FUL score it's likely he'll be involved! £6.0 is decent I think!

Patrick Bamford (LEE)

Gonna give him the benefit of the doubt in a price point that doesn't offer much! I feel that Bamford will leave owners frustrated but at £5.5 he's bench cover right? 16 goals in the Championship last season. Time will tell!

Michael Obafemi (SOU)

Finds himself behind Ings and Adams in the pecking order at St Mary's but I'm certain he will get a lot of minute's this season! He's strong, lively and a nuisance to opposition defence. The best of a bad bunch at £5.0!

Rhian Brewster (LIV)

Highly likely that he'll leave Anfield on loan with several PL clubs interested! 11 goals in 22 games for Swansea last season, if he does leave on loan I'm sure we'll all be scrambling to get him as our bench cover!
