With there being SO MANY premium assets to choose from this year it’s important to realise that you’re going to be captaining these options 9 times out of 10! So... you want the right balance of choosing consistently performing player who has the potential to score BIG!
So what can we take from this table... here’s the 3 players that will be going straight into my team!
SALAH! Throughout the whole of last season Mo Salah blanked less, got more attacking returns and got more than 2 attacking returns in one GW compared to Mane and Aubameyang! Good for a player who is considered “inconsistent”. Salah also record the second highest...
... amount of returns out of everyone in the league! Salah being on pens in my opinion puts him a cut above the likes of Mane and while Auba is a fantastic asset, I think Mo outshines them both!
KDB! Just look at the table... Highest total points, Highest 2+ attacking returns, Lowest % of blanks. This man is as close to essential as it gets! He completely wiped the field with his 33 attacking returns from midfield and I expect nothing but the same...
... going into next season. How he wasn’t priced higher I’ll never know! Being on pens again tips him for me over the likes of Sterling. Welcome Kev!
BRUNO! “Bruno’s still new we don’t know what he’s actually like”. 14 PL games, only 3 blanks with 15 GA’s averaging him 8.36 points per game. It doesn’t get much better than that! And again, it’s the penalties. That extra 1-1.5m compared to Martial and Rashford is worth it imo!
Of course, we need to wait on fixtures *see tomorrow @ 9am* but if the fixtures are tight, these three will be straight into my starting 11.
