Thoughts on prorogation and committees:

Was it political gamesmanship to shut down the WE committees? Probably.

Was the opposition employing gamesmanship continuing the committees indefinitely without any evidence suggesting the corruption they were looking for? Yes.
The opposition was calling staffers (which isn't traditional done). They were threatening to recall everyone on the vague aspersion they were lying. The opposition spent more time entering their own testimony at committee than listening to witnesses.
So when one side is playing political games, and the games are being eaten up by a media desperate for controversy, do you continue to allow the games by taking the "noble" path or do you shut them down with a gambit of your own?
For me it comes down to credibility. The committees were allowed to run for a long stretch. Trudeau and his ministers testified personally. There has been no evidence with which to impeach that testimony.

As such I think it is high time to move on.
