If I was interviewing at a startup, here are questions I would ask:

Current revenue?

What's the burn rate?

Do you have product-market fit?

What's the sales / distribution plan?

How do you become profitable?

Do you need to raise more $ to get there? How much?

What % of the company do the options you have offered me represent?

What is the vesting schedule?

When do I have to exercise my options?

Is there any acceleration of my vesting if the company is acquired?

What keeps you (the founders) up at night? How can I help with that problem?

If you were offered 2x your current valuation to be acquired, would you take it? 5x?

Who are your investors?

Why did your current investors invest?

What is #1 reason most investors passed?
