If I was interviewing at a startup, here are questions I would ask:

▫️Current revenue?

▫️What's the burn rate?

▫️Do you have product-market fit?

▫️What's the sales / distribution plan?

▫️How do you become profitable?

▫️Do you need to raise more $ to get there? How much?
▫️What % of the company do the options you have offered me represent?

▫️What is the vesting schedule?

▫️When do I have to exercise my options?

▫️Is there any acceleration of my vesting if the company is acquired?
▫️What keeps you (the founders) up at night? How can I help with that problem?

▫️If you were offered 2x your current valuation to be acquired, would you take it? 5x?

▫️Who are your investors?

▫️Why did your current investors invest?

▫️What is #1 reason most investors passed?
