A2/1

First, the most common negative SEO technique is done by yourself. You self destruct your site with silly technical mistakes (bad robots.txt, canonical, redirects setup).

Second : Google’s algorithm has a huge flaw about Duplicate Content. (Search for [DarkSeoTeam] to see what I did with my friends back in 2006. It always existed and will probably never be fixed.

A2/3

You can’t take down an entire site, but you can take down a page from any website. I can’t take down the homepage of http://cnn.com , but no problem with most internal weaker pages.

A2/4

You need a page with a stronger Pagerank than the target. Then you will duplicate non stop the target page. The key is to keep « swallowing » the target until it drops.

A2/5

To confuse even more Google, you create duplicate URLs of the target. Simply add a question mark plus random characters. Ex . http://site.com/url.php?fcvfgbh . Then, go on Fiver or BHW and buy a blast of backlinks to push the dup URLs. #SEMrushChat
A2/6

Important, you need to buy another blast to link the links.

Third : you can semantically with the topic of a website, using backlinks. For example, let’s change a website about gardening into a porn website (thx @speyronnet for this lovely example).
A2/8

Using a common entity to both gardening and porn (Ex: banana #megathread), build backlinks to the gardening website from porn website, using banana context around the links.

Fourth : build a very strong backlink towards the target page, then remove it 3 or 4 months later.
This is probably the easiest and most powerful way to proceed. The target page will most likely never recover. #SEMrushChat
