Reasons California wild fires are so bad. I'm not an expert just someone who has to live through them and studies them.

2) people have started living deeper and deeper into wilderness areas. this is dangerous because it's harder for forest rangers to maintain those parts of the Forrest. 3) Californias environmental policies make it difficult to maintain the forest due to zero emission laws. "In the long term, leaving forests overgrown (makes them) prone to unnaturally destructive wildfires…” but climate change

4) people not abiding by fire safety for their home. Such as trimming branches, maintaining a fire break. To properly keep a firebreak you need thirty feet between your house and fuel. https://www.sierraclub.org/sierra/5-ways-protect-your-home-wildfires

This is what the sky looks like with the sun out. It was supposed to be 104 today but the smoke is cooling everything down. And it is 80 degrees.
