From parents to so called relatives, everyone is critical of what you're doing and what you should be doing, and if you somehow survive that,

welcome to the world of social media where people think criticising people is a skill.

I know criticism sucks.
If you genuinely wanted someone to do better, you'll appreciate their failures not their shortcomings.

That's what I did in past, I don't really point out anybody's flaws on social media. You shouldn’t be judgemental
Good news is that you have a block/mute buttons use them.

Bad news is that you'll have to deal with criticism anyways, more as you rise higher in your life.

At what point do you use the block button?

When you're being criticised by someone unknown to you, who knows nothing.
who doesn't celebrate your success and is just trying to show you down publicly.

Simple trolls.

Their criticism = Poop, so don't flinch before blocking such people.

When you're being criticised by people who're friends and family they also should be treated like this.
Like everything follow a 80/20 rule:

If 80% people are supportive and 20% are criticising, ditch the 20%

If 80% people are criticising and 20% are supportive, time to upgrade self.
