In the Trump era, DeJoy has been a n absolute monster donor to the Trump campaign, the RNC, the NRSC, the NRCC -- millions of dollars.

He's also maxed out to GOP senate minority leader Mitch McConnell -- and gave $35,000 to House minority leader Kevin McCarthy's victory fund

In addition he's given max donation to senate candidates who stand to benefit from his efforts to monkey wrench mail-in voting, including vulnerable incumbent Martha McSally and John James (who is the GOP senate challenger in Michigan).

How such a brazen GOP crony got appointed to an ostensibly nonpartisan federal service post is a scandal that needs to be unpacked. But on the GOP side the people unpacking it are all beneficiaries of DeJoy's largesse.
