The State is making the workers pay their own wages and benefits and ensure the proprietor class against losses while they continue to work to produce wealth for the owning class.

The proprietor class is getting workers for free. They pay no wages; the proprietors exploit the workers as free labor coerced by the State.
Then they take all the extra wealth and use it to accumulate all that the workers once owned -- that they have had to sell to survive,

thru the corrupt State, are the financiers of Amazon, even more than in the status quo ante of capitalism when their labour made all the stolen value. Now they are forced to contribute both all the labor _and_ all the capital. But they get no share. It's _slavery_. Slavery in th

(barely) live (even SNAP has a slave labour requirement) and occupy the space required for a three dimensional human body. The State also has control over the workers collective savings (tax revenue) and borrowing power (the national debt), and now is simply giving it as
a gift to the owning appropriating class.

voluntarily, and they have always worked to restore themselves to this position of absolute power over humanity. The only obstacle is humanity's refusal and willingness to resist to the death. There is no rival good despot.

Insurance premiums paid to insurance companies are
supposed to be in exchange for medical services. That's obvious. But now the premiums have gone up while the medical services have all been abolished or nearly so. So most people are paying for nothing -- for a fantasy. Thus payment for goods has become tribute exacted by power.
In NY, for example, almost no one has access to medical care right now. You cannot see a doctor even if you are insured or can pay. A friend of mine suffering a statin induced severe case of cystitis cannot get an appointment for a month.
The excuse is usually described as "backlog" tho the reality is that the State abolished medical care for the working class, illegally forced providers to close their legal businesses on pain of prosecution, and claimed it was _a public health policy_.
