Most meh part - Goalkeepers. Not much to discuss but here are some obvious names.
Pope & Lloris some of the popular ones in that 5.5m range. Fabianski (5m) is a proven FPL asset despite a shocking season last time around. McCarthy (4.5m) best of an average bunch at that price.

Talismans 
Simply put - the main men for their respective clubs.
Everytime their teams (Arsenal, Leicester, Fulham and Southampton) score a goal, these guys are likely to be involved.

These players are great enablers and will help you accommodate those heavy hitters in your team.

Captaining the right player can be so crucial and in the end it all comes down to these stalwarts. Salah, Mane and Sterling are the only players who average more than 6 PPG in the last 2 seasons (min 50 games). Pick one & build your team around them.
