this is gonna be a short thread, and maybe its so obvious bu i really wanna let out my thoughts of chapter 6 titled "The World That Girl Saw."

mika realized that the world is always been like this. she saw it everyday before her eyes, how the weak is always be the one who loses and the winner wins and can go on living.

before eren helped her. she mumbled to herself, "hurts... cold." and the rest as we can see in these panel. a home for mika is a person, not a place. so when she lost both of her parents... she lost her entire home even world.

"it's cold. there is no place for me to go home anymore."

then it led to eren wrapped the scarf around her for the very first time.

"hurts... cold. its so cold..." mika
"you can have this. it's warm, right?" eren
"it's warm." mika

"there is no place for me to go home anymore." mika
"let's hurry up and go home... to our house." eren.

before eren wrapped the scarf. the world, to her, is cruel.

then after eren gave a reason for mika to go on living.. there came this "... yet beautiful."

and she believes that in her cruel world, eren was the only place she could return to.

but now in recent ch, mikasa is losing him, her place to return to in this cruel world.

i wanted to make a single tweet but i couldnt really arrange the words. it was kinda hard to be fit in one tweet. i know this is so oblivious but i just want to write down that how things clicked with eremika since their first meeting. and that's kinda tragic.
