First day:
3-4 hours of research.
- list out all of the benefits
- possible ingredients and their uses
- testimonials/what scientists have to say
- grab some picture from royalty free sources
- check out competing companies/products and the angle they take

Second day:
2-3 hours getting into the customers head
- figuring out the ideal customer avatar
- listing out objections
- reading reviews on similar products
- figuring out what angle is best to hit them with (this will determine my headline and lead)

Third day:
2-4 writing copy to connect all of my research (time depends on how long the page is)
- creating a headline
- a lead paragraph that hooks the reader into the copy
- transition to next section where we ask the reader if they “want more”
- proof
- cta’s sprinkled in

Fourth day:
2-3 hours bringing it all together
- reading copy aloud and editing it
- putting pictures in when necessary
- formatting for appearance
- making sure there are enough cta’s and have good placement
- be proud of my work and send it over

It’s hard to give an exact amount of time to do each step, so they’re mostly estimates.
My only advice would be to take your time. Copy that is rushed will come out looking weird.
Do your research and make it easy to read with your copy surrounding it.
