I think the peak of my blogging was @LovingLuhle not because my article was clinical with perfection because of her support more than anything. And conversations with Luhle have made me look at myself different
I look at the passion that @NORMVL and @ByLwansta but into their media packaging and their graphic design and everything related to their brand
I look at @ElliottWilson and see just how far I have to go with journlism that I didn't do enough with @urbandivinity88 that I didn't make anyone who didn't know @DeeKayDidIt want to know Deekay I described her music I failed her by not making someone fall in love with it
The element of detail of passion of things that the artists themselves didn't quite get in terms of impact of their art. I was close with the @RapsbyZolani article but not quite there.
I am being more kind to myself. Taking my time, giving my best in school so that when I have time for my career I can give myself fully. That I can use my research skills from school to write credible articles about @VituXArcade and @joedamc
These artists are Important to me to our generation to our culture and when I have a chance to edit my article I will. I want to be the headwriter for the PMB division of @movehiphop_SA it probably doesn't exist but I want it to. I want to be the Murs of MoveHip-Hop
Murs makes jiggy music and he's involved with Hip-Hop DX media there is a wide range of creditable things and impacts that need a first person narrative in article. I want to write about @CottonFestJHB from the perspective of the person on stage, touching lives not as a witness
I want to be the academic mouthpiece of this beautiful culture that has given me life. I want to give it more than just poems and songs. I want to give it articles, books, podcasts,movies, the whole 9
I want a @IQS_Mel movie about Durban artists, the rise of @LokiTunez the consistency of @teabagcc @general_njini @RHEABLEK @Yashna_Int the science of @Celestialmic the spirit of @LungeloManzi the design power of @ThisIs_Lungstar the wit of @K3V_7 and @Palmtree_PDA
I want my kids to remember @palmtree_za to be their own @LivecalmAfrica so I take my time I learn how to write what to write why to write. This lifelong pursuit is one worthy of pursuit. For me. For us. For our future artists
