There’s no Republican Party! It’s quickly becoming into the Trump QAnon Fascist Party! The Democratic Party may have their flaws & they take corporate (PAC) cash, which I don’t condone, but they aren’t becoming the new GOP, not even close.

The Democratic Party, meanwhile, is slowly (and I use the word loosely) starting to see where the winds are blowing in terms of policy & it’s slowly starting to become a more progressive party. Yes, there’s still so much work still yet to do, but we’re winning!

@R1ghtVsWr0ng
You wanna see some SHOCKING evidence?! Take a look at the COVID-19 relief bill that was passed by the Democratic House back in May, and it still hasn’t been passed yet because of Mitch McConnell & the Republican controlled Senate. Even if it did pass, Trump would veto it anyway.
We need to make sure Trump & the GOP are defeated in Nov., and then, the Democratic Party has no more excuses. If Biden & Kamala win, we’ll gain a ton of leverage to use against them.

We need to use the power of the protests & the leverages we may have to really change the game, and get as many progressive policies passed as we possibly can. Don’t allow Biden & Kamala to sleep one night. Period!

My advice, if you really want those progressive policies that we desperately need, this is the game that we’re going to have to play in terms of politics. We may not necessarily like it or have to like it, but this is what we to do achieve our ultimate goals.

@VaushV
Also, I want to see more progressives, social dems, democratic socialists, and socialists win in the future, and that means strategies are going to have to change.
Additionally, every race, city, district & state is different. So, every (new) progressive Democratic candidate must use their own different strategies to reach out to their own voter base, and that means, voters who vote strictly Democrat, mainly.
Politics is complicated, ladies & gentlemen. There’s no straight line or answer, but progressives running as Democrats need to stop appealing to voters who (normally) won’t vote Democrat anyway & start to really sell our progressive agenda to the broader Democratic voter base.
Why? Because they overwhelmingly agree with us on the policies, but voting for candidates that are not necessarily great. We mustn’t be afraid to reach out to our own voter base while running on the correct policies. So, let’s keep fighting, folks, a better world is possible!
