✨ Brief History of Princess Leia - a thread ✨
Princess Leia Organa, daughter of Padmé Amidala and Anakin Skywalker, was born on Polis Massa alongside her twin brother, Luke Skywalker.
Leia Organa was raised by Bail and Breha Organa on the planet of Alderaan. Leia’s adoptive parents were royalty, making her title Princess Leia. She would be raised heavily around politics and whispers of a Resistance.
When Darth Vader destroys Leia’s beautiful planet Alderaan, he kills her adoptive parents as well as all of her friends. She in unaware at this time of her relationship to Vader. She becomes a leader of the Rebel Alliance.
Princess Leia fell for the scruffy but endearing Han Solo, a pilot and smuggler. “I love you” “I know.” They save each other many times throughout the OT, as well as grow in their kinship to Luke.
Leia is at one point enslaved by Jabba the Hutt, and in all her might she chokes the gargantuas and vile villain to death.
Han Solo and Leia Organa-Solo would later marry after her brother Luke Skywalker helps their father escape the Dark Side. (We won’t talk about the siblings kiss 👀 or the fact that Palpatine doesn’t actually die)
Luke becomes a Jedi Master and trains Padawan Leia in the Force.
Han and Leia later went on to have our beloved Ben Solo (also known as Kylo Ren). Luke later takes on Ben Solo as his Padawan. It does not go as Leia had intended.
Princess Leia becomes General Leia, military leader in the Resistance as she tries to make amends with her son.
Leia later becomes a Jedi Master and trains Rey, who at the end of TROS takes on the title Skywalker in commemoration of Leia, Han, Luke, and Ben.
Leia’s spirit may have become one with the force, and Carrie may have left this earth but she will forever live in our hearts ❤️ end of thread.
